The coarse powder mill is a new type of coarse powder equipment, upgraded from the vertical shaft sand making machine. It features a six-layer rotor structure with hammers arranged according to the crushing ratio. The finished coarse powder can reach over 70% in the 20-140 mesh range. The particle size is rounded, and the fineness can be adjusted. The hammers are made of high-strength alloy and can be rotated in all directions. Wear parts have a long service life. Applicable Material

Working Principle

Working Principle

The material first falls vertically from the top of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. Then, under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with another part of the material that is diverted around the impeller in an umbrella-shaped manner. Then, in the strong vortex formed between the impeller and the casing, they collide and rub against each other again or multiple times, causing them to be crushed. Finally, it is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom and then screened to the required finished particle size.
